Josh Allen is still young, their defense should be solid (knock on wood!), and assuming they navigate the injury bug better than they have in some previous seasons, I see them as a serious contender. Their offense is absolutely insane and their coaching staff seems to be finding their stride. They've got the talent.

NFC Champion: Philadelphia Eagles

The Eagles, man. They’re a well-oiled machine. Jalen Hurts is legit. Their offensive line is a fortress. They've got a winning culture. If they can keep their key players healthy, and their coaching staff keeps up the momentum, they're gonna be tough to beat.

Super Bowl LIX Winner: Buffalo Bills

I'm picking the Bills to finally break through in 2025. I think the Eagles will give them a run for their money, an absolute nail-biter. But the Bills' explosive offense, combined with hopefully a more consistent defense, gives them the edge.

Against The Spread (ATS) Picks: A Total Guess

Predicting ATS is even more treacherous than just picking the winner. I mean, I'm not a psychic, just a guy who loves football. But here are some absolutely wild guesses, based on absolutely nothing concrete.

• Bills over/under wins: I'm gonna say 12.5. This is probably too low. But the NFL is brutal.
