The final fifteen minutes were an absolute nail-biter. I was on the edge of my seat, practically gnawing my nails off. A last-ditch effort from Villa almost equalized, but alas, it was not to be. Monaco held on, beating us 2-1. I was gutted but also kinda impressed.
