Man, what a whirlwind the last few weeks have been! The Dallas Cowboys hiring Kurt Schottenheimer as their new offensive coordinator? I'm still reeling, honestly. I mean, it felt like the whole football world was holding its breath, waiting to see what Jerry Jones would do. And boom, Schottenheimer. Totally unexpected, right?
